Khao Soi (Stall in Soi Buakhao)
Khao Soi is a coconut curry noodle soup from Northern Thailand, Myanmar, and Laos. It consists of noodles in a thick, rich coconut broth, and usually a chicken leg.
This is a fantastic little Khao Soi stall in Soi Buakhao Market. Only 50 baht. Really deep flavours. One of the best I've had. You don't see this Northern dish in Pattaya too much, so give it a try. The best Khao Soi in the area.
