Cafe Des Amis
Cafe Des Amis has been the number 1 fine dining restaurant for many years. It's run to a super high standard by an English guy called Blu (who also runs Cafe Blu, next door in Arcadia). The food is incredible and it really is the place for a special occasion. The signature dish is the Beef Wellington, which is just amazing. If I had a holiday in Pattaya, this would be at the top of the list.
